APARTMENT LIMON is a large, modern stylish three bedroom, four bathroom duplex, and is situated in a tranquil location, yet close to all amenities.
The apartment has stunning panoramic sea views of Kalkan Bay and Mouse and Snake islands, from each of the two floors.
Kalkan Old Town is only a pleasant 10 minute stroll downhill.
This apartment shares an impressive 10 metre infinity pool, landscaped gardens and a pergola seating area poolside shared with only three other apartments.
The apartment is fully air conditioned. Parking available out front.

Bedroom 1 - Spacious Master Bedroom with King size bed. En-suite bathroom, TV and DVD.
Bedroom 2 - Double bed with en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 3 - Twin bedded, but can be a double. Private shower/ WC across corridor opposite.
All bedrooms are air conditioned and have their own access to the garden terrace/pool area.
All bedrooms have a built in wardrobe, plus a dressing table complete with a hair dryer and mirror.

The accommodation and location fit our requirements perfectly: not in the middle of a busy town, not too far from local amenities (shopping, supermarkets, harbour boat trips etc) and with a stunning view.
The property was spotlessly clean and had all the facilities you'd need for the perfect holiday: A/C, good size rooms, comfortable beds, fully fitted and functional kitchen, gorgeous pool, allocated and comfortable pool-side sun beds (no need to leave towels out overnight!).
Communication with the owner was seamless and always got a response quickly. Nothing was out of place and we were left wanting nothing.
Thoroughly recommended and great value for money.

Roy the owner has been extremely helpful throughout. Thar apartment is huge and well furnished. The kitchen was well equipped . The pool lovely and clean we even had a daily visit from a tortoise which we called Tommy. Will definitely return 👍
