Perfect for attending a Notre Dame football game with the shuttle service right out front. Great restaurant next door and never was bothered by any noisy crowds. Timothy was very responsive to all my questions. Thank you!

The unit was as described the only thing I wish was better was the srairway entrance which we knew was there and steep, but thevlightvon the stairs was not working snd navigating for me was somewhat difficult. The final step was also difficultcwhen leaving. It would have been helpful to have it possibly painted to call atention to the step. The master bedroom could use blackout drapes security lights at Fiddlers bright all night. Bed could be replaced not as comfortable as I had wished. With all that we would definitely sray again if the opportunity presented.

The unit is clean and bright. It has everything you would need except an elevator. The stairs are steep and the treads are short. We found it rough carting luggage up. If we only had weekend bags it would have been fine. Host was great instructions were easy to follow shuttle to ND football game runs for 3 hours prior to game and 1 hours after . Very convenient.

Great location, close to Notre Dame, Java Cafe and Fiddlers Hearth. I felt safe staying here alone because of the security measures. Offstreet parking was great, too. Tim was very communicative and hospitable. Everything was very clean and comfortably furnished. I only stayed a few days but it is furnished well enough for a long term stay as well. It was quiet and dark enough to sleep well. I would stay here again!

We have used many vacation rentals and all we’re consistent with their descriptions, but this one was much better than I expected. Very nicely furnished, equipped and decorated, the suite is spacious and comfortable. The manager was extremely responsive and accessible. I recommend this one without hesitation.

Great, super clean 2 BR loft. Good communication from owner. Well stocked kitchen, Keurig coffee, ice maker. Close enough to Notre Dame (10 min drive). Better water pressure in showers would be ideal, but serviceable and clean. I would recommend this for college visits, SB business.

Great Stay!

We stayed the weekend of November 5th for the ND vs Navy game. Tim was a wonderful communicator, notified us when the property was ready and answered a few questions we had along the way. The property was spotless! The beds were comfortable, towels were plentiful and the kitchen was well equipped. The location is great, about 1.2 mile walk to campus. There are a lot of restaurants nearby so we enjoyed parking the car and heading to dinner. I will stay again.

This 2 bedroom 2 full bath unit was immaculate and well stocked. Everything appeared new and up to date. We walked to numerous dining spots in downtown for breakfast, lunch and dinner, but could have easily cooked as there is a full kitchen. No issues with parking or safety. The owner was very responsive and I will surely stay there again next year when I return. For those with mobility issues, be aware that there is no elevator and you must utilize the stairway for both entrance and egress. Overall, this was a fabulous place to stay!

The property is exactly as stated. The location is perfect if you are looking for a quite, private stay. Tim was very helpful and responded quickly to all inquiries. The stairs leading up to the unit would be my only caution to those who have trouble getting around. There are plenty of quality food establishments within walking distance.

My girlfriend and I visited Notre Dame for the weekend to visit some family and friends. The apartment was in a great location and was easy to get to. The place was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it!
