A luxury two-bedroom apartment within easy walking distance of Samoëns village centre.
This well-equipped two-bedroom apartment, beautifully furnished with locally-sourced fittings is the ideal choice for your winter or summer holiday. Situated on the first floor with lift access, the apartment comes with its own ski locker, internal parking and entry to the residents’ indoor swimming pool. The apartment is within a luxury chalet-style complex, 900 m from the Grand Massif Express Ski Lift, with the nearest bus stop for the free ski bus just 50 m walk away.
With two bedrooms (one with a king-size bed and the other with two single beds and a further single sleeping platform), the apartment can sleep five people comfortably with the sofa-bed in the living room giving the option to accommodate seven. The fully-fitted kitchen is open plan with an extendable dining table and the comfortable living area opens out onto a large wrap-around south and west-facing terrace. The living area contains a TV and DVD player and there is access to WIFI. The double-bedroom is en-suite and the family-sized bathroom also contains a washing machine.

The beautiful village centre of Samoëns, with its plentiful shops and restaurants is within easy walking distance, as are the ice-rink and the leisure area at ‘Lac Aux Dames’.
Samoëns sits in the stunning Giffre Valley which lies in between the Morzine and Chamonix valleys. It was described as one of France's best resorts by an article in the Telegraph back in 2012. From Samoëns, the whole of the Grand Massif ski area, which includes Flaine, can be explored. In total, 265 km of pistes are linked. Samoëns is just a 50 minute drive from Geneva airport.
Samoëns is just as enjoyable in the summer with lots of things to do and see, including hiking, mountain biking (using the Grand Massif Express télécabine for access), outdoor swimming pools (5 minute walk), swimming at Samoens or Morrillon Lakes, tennis, whitewater rafting, an outdoor adventure park, weekly markets and numerous summer festivals. Très bel appartement tout à fait conforme à la description.
L'appartement est très bien situé et offre des prestations de qualité.
Le contact avec la propriétaire et les gérants ont été très fluides.
Tout a été fait pour faciliter notre séjour et satisfaire nos attentes. Organisation parfaite que nous avons grandement appréciée ! Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions !

Appartement idéalement agencé. Nous sommes venus à 6 en famille et avons apprécié le balcon terrasse énormément !

Nous sommes partis quelques jours en septembre en famille 4 adultes et un bébé . Logement très agréable avec sa terrasse vue montagne. Petit problème de robinet à notre arrivée mais rapidement réglé avec le gérant sur place. Très calme en cette période, nous étions quasiment seul dans la résidence. Piscine agréable et la aussi peu de monde

Très bel appartement, beaucoup de charme, très bien décoré et équipé. La literie est très confortable, l’appartement est situé à moins de 10 min à pied du centre ville, au calme. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour, la literie était faite à notre arrivée, le nombre de serviettes était suffisant, les serviettes pour la piscine fournies, la communication avec les propriétaires et le gérant de l’appartement est idéale. Tout était parfaitement organisé à notre arrivée. L’appartement était propre (quoique un peu de poussière sous les lits de la chambre des enfants) mais les autres pièces étaient parfaitement nettoyées. Je recommande vivement.
