About this apartment rental
Magnificent, very spacious 165sqm apartment, quietly located on the outskirts of Königsfeld, the gateway to Franconian Switzerland. The ideal starting point for various activities: such as hiking, climbing, cycling, skiing and cross-country skiing and various Day trips.
A covered staircase leads to the separate entrance. The apartment itself is on the ground floor.
It consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds (can also be converted into 4 bed rooms); modern bathroom with corner bath, shower, toilet, urinal and washing machine; and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Living room with sofa and 2 sep. Double sofa beds.(Slatted frame and mattress)
Modern, equipped kitchen with microwave, electric stove, dishwasher, fridge with large freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and dining area.
Internet.
Outside there is the covered terrace (with additional awning), beach chair, table and chairs, and a grill fireplace.
In the garden is the pool house with heated pool (only in the summer months), covered seating for cozy evenings.
Also various Toys like sandpit, trampoline, a climbing tower with slide and swing are available.
A sauna can be used at an additional cost.
