About this house rental
Our spacious 3 brm home, completed 2016 is designed for summer family get-togethers. It's private, secluded location has direct access to the beautiful Weiti River with panoramic views across the bay to Stillwater and the surrounding countryside.
Take a 5 minute drive to several of the most beautiful beaches in NZ, as well as shopping malls, a movie theatre, bars and cafes. It is also only a 10min drive to Orewa, Silverdale centre or a 30min drive to Auckland CBD.
The open plan kitchen/dining/lounge is great for summer get-togethers and leads out to a relaxing covered deck area with gorgeous views & great sunsets on one side, and a sheltered lush courtyard with private spa area on the other. Out front is a huge open lawn with our 'mega play' kids playground.
Upstairs are three large bedrooms and two bathrooms.
1 x Queen Bed - Master with ensuite
2 x king single bedroom
1 x double bedroom
Spacious family bathroom with roll top bath and rain head shower.
Downstairs adjoining the courtyard is our office and snug, with cupboards full of games and puzzles and a TV.
There is plenty of parking with a double garage for guests to use during their stay.
