Villa La Calzata is a finely renewed house located on the countryside, just next to the the seaside, in Campofelice and at only 10 minutes drive from Cefalù. The villa is bright and surrounded by a large garden (with grass) and lemon, olive and orange trees. A swimming pool is also available to refresh your days! The house is furnished with original sicilian touch and also decorated with some sicilain ceramics, all these will offer a charming and cosy holiday home.
The house offers all comforts such as air conditioning in the matrimonial bedroom upstairs, one matrimonial bedroom (ground floor), a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room (sofa bed with 2 places) and a bathroom. There is also a Free Wi-Fi access.
If you decide to come in winter there is a stove in the main room to warm up the house.
A large garden will allow you to relax outside and benefit from the perfume of nature; you will surely fall in love with the surrounding lanscape!

It is far enough from the summer crowd but still close enough to enjoy the beach and the sea (less than 5 minutes drive). The closest town is Campofelice, all the amenities such as supermarkets, town center, bakery, bars, ice cream shops are within 5 minutes by car.
