The Presley is the perfect Luxury Vacation Home for large groups. This Home accommodates up to 12 guests and has been professionally decorated & styled with luxury in mind.
2.5 miles to downtown this home is centrally located in East Nashville, next to Shelby Park. 3 outdoor spaces, Hot Tub, Grill, Kitchen Area and seating for large groups makes this the perfect home away from home after a busy day exploring all that Nashville has to offer.
This modern, beautifully designed home is packed with awesome features making the perfect Nashville vacation! Walkable to all of the best East Nashville restaurants, The Presley is a must-stay.
Main level boasts a well appointed kitchen with open living space with luxurious leather sofas from RH, (king sleeper). A 65" TV and Sonos Surround system turn this room into a Theater experience. The Entry screened patio is the perfect setting for your morning breakfast and coffee. The main level also includes the double bunk room with full bath.
The Second Level has a large King Master with En Suite and 2 Queen Bedrooms with Trundle Twin.
The Spiral Staircase leads to the rooftop deck, hot tub and Fire Pit. What an amazing View of Nashville!
Guests will have access to the entire home except Owners closet and the garage - however there is off street parking for 6-8 cars!

Located in the heart of Shelby Hills, this home not only has it all, but is in the middle of an incredible neighborhood. Guests are mere minutes from Jeni`s Ice Cream, Lockeland Table, The East Room, Marche, Margot Cafe and Bar, 3 Crow Bar, 5 Points Pizza, Red Door Saloon, The Treehouse, The Pharmacy, Mas Tacos, Rumors East and Sky-blue Cafe. Being so close to downtown and The Gulch, guests have easy access to the Nissan Titans Stadium, Ascend Amphitheater, Printer`s Alley and everything Broadway has to offer. Music Row is only a few miles away along with Midtown and Hillsboro Village. Even Germantown with its incredible eateries and First Tennessee Park, home to the Nashville Sounds, are a stone`s throw away!
Guests will be within a 10 minute Lyft / Uber or cab ride of nearly every attraction in Nashville. B-cycle also has various rental stands around East Nashville and downtown Nashville.
Don`t forget to take a ride on one of our many Scooters. Even a cheaper option for the brave!

Plenty of rooms and sleeping options for the guests. The kitchen is fully loaded and the hot tub was a nice addition. Ubers were easy to get and everything was within a short driving distance. Would book again.

Girls weekend in Nashville was incredible, because of this home! Property seemed newly renovated. Our group of 9 especially loved the gorgeous decor and finishes, the cleanliness and stocked items in kitchen. Plenty of space for our group of 9, and most people in our group had their their own bed. Coffee and creamers were provided which was a nice gift in part of the stay! The hot tub with the skyline view was great, too!
Hot Tub had an error warning on the screen, and the rental co. reached the owner who serviced it relatively quickly.
Many people in our group commented on returning to Nashville with their families and would rent this home!
