About this house rental
Come unwind at this NEW 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath riverfront home. Situated just 50 feet from the banks of the Toccoa River, this luxury home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests.
Toccoa River Dreams is located at the end of a quiet street and is adjacent to a small gated community. The Blue Ridge Scenic Railway, which takes tourists daily from Blue Ridge to Copperhill/McCayesville for a two hour lay over and then back to Blue Ridge, can be seen on the other side of the river. There is also an abundance of wildlife in the area: ducks, geese, herons, fish, turkeys and deer. It is not uncommon to see the neighborhood pet deer, Midget, roaming around with her orange collar.
Main Level:
Foyer - beautiful Acacia wood floors, open staircase to upper level and magnificent view of Toccoa River upon entrance.
Living Area - open floor plan into kitchen and dining areas. Vaulted ceilings with beautiful hand hewn wooden beams. Two full-size leather sofas with two swivel chairs, allowing you to take in the amazing river views through the sliding glass double doors and two large stationary windows. Gas burning fire place with flat screen TV.
Kitchen - fully stocked with GE stainless steel appliances, black walnut cabinets, granite counter top and large copper farmhouse sink. Bar area with four bar stools. Three large windows over sink area overlooking the beautiful Toccoa River.
Dining - Black walnut table with bench seating for up to six guests.
Half Bath - directly off living area, granite counter top with copper vessel sink.
Bedroom #1 - King Master Suite located off living area, flat screen TV. Another beautiful view of river through double sliding doors with access to covered porch.
Bathroom #1 - full bath located off King Suite with tile floor, free standing bathtub, walk in tile shower, double vanities and large walk in closet.
Bedroom #2 - Queen size iron bed with flat screen TV and closet.
Laundry Room - full size washer and dryer, black walnut cabinets, granite counter top, large stainless steel sink.
Upper Level:
Loft - overlooks the living area below. Queen size sleeper sofa and twin iron daybed with pull out twin trundle.
Bedroom #3 - King bed and twin iron daybed with pull out twin trundle, flat screen TV, walk in closet, dormer window overlooks river.
Bathroom #3 - full private bath with tub/shower combo, single sink.
Bedroom #4 - King bed and twin iron daybed with pull out twin trundle, flat screen TV, walk in closet, dormer window overlooks river.

Outdoor Living:
Covered Octagon Porch - directly off of kitchen, seating for up to seven guests with additional stacked chairs. Wood burning fireplace and large flat screen TV, ceiling fan. Take in the river view while enjoying your favorite music on the outdoor stereo system.
Covered Porch - directly off Master bedroom, two lounger chairs, ceiling fan.
Riverside Dock - large dock directly on the Toccoa River with several stacked chairs.
Fire pit - large rock fire pit with eight Adirondack chairs and picnic table nearby.

The house was beautiful, the view was beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked as well as the bathrooms. Our only complaint would be a bird nest on the front porch caused excessive pooping on the porch on the chairs and on the cushions. Inside the house needs a deep clean. The light fixtures were dusty and streaked. The large green TV over the fireplace was covered in dust, pollen and streaky fingerprints where someone had tried to clean it and did a terrible job. other than the few cleanliness issues it’s an amazing house and we enjoyed our visit very much.

Thank you for opening up your GORGEOUS home for us to stay at!! What an incredible view of the Toccoa, and the sounds of the water was absolute perfection! The home had everything one could need, and had such a cozy peaceful vibe. Exactly what we needed to recharge our batteries!! Check-in & check-out were super smooth. Communication with Host was easy & they are very kind! We will DEFINITELY be back to enjoy this place again!!!!
