Australian couple travelling through Europe

This property is situated high above Lake Lucerne, the view from the balcony is breathtaking. The property itself is as described, older and quirky but comfortable. The washing machine is a plus, also the coffee pod machine. We would have welcomed a microwave. We had a relaxing, homely 4 night stay.

King sized bed with only 1 smallish duvet.

Good property - Secluded from rush - Good restaurant - Neat and clean

This hotel is 1.9 kms from Bus Station which makes it little difficult for people without car to commute. There is hardly any public transport available, so be prepared for walking. For those with car this is a perfect gateway and will surely enjoy your stay

Bel appartement avec belle vue, mais mal aménagé et mal équipé.

Appartement mal aménagé et mal équipé. Propriétaire désagréable qui peine à nous changer la seule poêle trouvée dans la cuisine qui est inutilisable, pour finalement nous en fournir une, après quelques jours, à fond déformé et en plus d'un diamètre bien plus grand que la grande plaque !!! Quand nous le lui faisons remarquer, elle nous répond qu'elle a déjà dû en acheter trois cette année. Quant au fait qu'il n'y a aucun plat allant au four, elle nous répond que c'est à nous d'en amener !!! Sinon, l'éclairage est insuffisant au salon. Dans la chambre, il nous est impossible d'allumer les lampes de chevet sans s'asseoir dans le lit ! Le lit est trop dur et déformé. La cuisine est à risque d'accident avec une haute table-bar qui branle et deux hautes chaises de bar qui tournent... Au salon, le canapé d'angle est dur avec une télévision fixée au mur beaucoup trop haut...

- Kesinlikle manzarası inanılmazdı. 4 gün konakladık ve manzarasına doyamadık. Manzara ve bol oksijenli bir ortam. Balkondaki masa ve sandalyede yeme-içme çok keyifliydi. Balkonun üstü çatı ile kapalı olduğu için yağmurda dahi oturabildik. - Mutfağı oldukça donanımlıydı. Çevrede market yok, ama alışverişi yaptıktan sonra evde her yemeği yapabileceğiniz teçhizat mevcut(taşınabilir ısıtıcı vardı, son gün fondü bile yaptık). - 2 kişi konakladık. Oda oldukça büyüktü. Alan olarak hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Yatağı, L koltuğu, kitap okuma koltuğuna kadar konulmuş. Birçok yerde dolap mevcut. Zorlasan 4 kişi bile konaklayabilir. Banyosu geniş, birçok havlu banyo terliği şampuan vs herşey mevcut. - Küçük ve anahtarla çalışsa da bir asansör vardı, yük taşımada ve alışveriş sonrası kullanmak için bir imkan. Asansör olmasa da zaten 2.katta, yürünebilir.

Gönül isterdi ki sevmediğimiz şeyler olmasın. Ancak, son gün üst üse negatif şeyler yaşadık. Marketten, kahve makinesi için kahve aldığımızı sanmıştık(Almanca bilmediğimiz için), süt çıktı. Yakınlarda market olmadığı için tesis sorumlusundan birkaç tane rica ettik, ancak paket halinde olduğu için veremeyeceğini söyledi. İmkansızlığın ortasında birkaç kahve veremeyecek kadar bonkördü. Bunu takiben balkonda kahvesiz kahvaltı yaparken alt katta gürültülü ve toz kaldıran birşeyler yapıldı. Tüm toz yemeklere ve üstümüze geldi. Yetmezmiş gibi bunu takiben bir de boya-tiner kokulu bir iş daha yapıldı. Dinlenmek ve oksijen almak için gittiğimiz yerde kimyasal koklatıldı. Bunların peşpeşe yapılması ev sahibinin misafirlerine pek de saygı göstermediği algısı yarattı.

Die Lage des Hotels, die Aussicht ist grandios.

. Leider hatten wir Pech mit dem Wetter. Ich konnte nicht stornieren, als ich eine Woche vorher die Wettervorhersage sah, da die Reise nicht mehr zu stornieren war. Das war schade. Da das Wetter dort im September wohl öfters unbeständig ist. Eine Woche zuvor und eine danach, war das Wetter gut. Schade wir hatten 8 Tage nur Regen.
