The uniqueness of the accommodation, it's not everyday you can sleep in an old chapel!
Airconditioning might need servicing as when actioned with a heating function the air smelled quite musty.

Location in bushland with birds cheeping. A little distance from Clare.

Quiet and secluded. Large floor area. Two bedrooms. Warm. Close to town. Great place for a couple of nights.
Driveway was cutting up and a small car and inexperienced driver might struggle on steep incline.
