This new romantic villa with pool is located in the city of Punat. The location of the villa guarantees a relaxing holiday and is ideal for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle but are still close enough to enjoy the beautiful beaches and tourist attractions of the island of Krk.
The villa has 2 bedrooms, a sofa bed in the living room, 1 bathroom and can accommodate 6 people.
On the ground floor of the villa there is a living room, a kitchen (coffee machine, microwave, fridge), 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
In the garden is a swimming pool with a covered terrace, a summer kitchen and a beautiful, spacious garden full of olive trees. There is also a swing for children in the garden.
The villa offers free WiFi and free parking.
The nearest beach is 250 meters away, as is the restaurant and the beach bar. The nearest market is 1 km from the villa.
Guests can also rent a boat - 5 meter fishermen (extra fee).

Die Villa ist noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos zu sehen. Die einsame Lage, der traumhaft angelegte Garten mit Liebe zum Detail und natürlich der besondere Pool haben unseren Urlaub unvergesslich werden lassen. Trotz der Alleinlage ist man in fünf Minuten in dem nächsten Ort, wo es einen Hafen, Supermärkte und Restaurants gibt. Besonders die Besitzer/Vermieter müssen lobend erwähnt werden. Wir wurden nach einer langen Anreise mit einem gedeckten Tisch empfangen und allerlei Nettigkeiten/Leckereien lagen für uns bereit. Iva und ihr Mann standen jederzeit für Rückfragen bereit und haben unseren Urlaub mit ihren Tips (Kindertauchen, Buchten, Bootfahren,…)bereichert. Wir hatten eine super Zeit und kommen gerne wieder!!! Absolute Empfehlung!!!

Wir waren von dem sehr schönen, individuellen Haus mit tollem Pool begeistert. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben die Woche als wunderschönen Urlaub in Erinnerung. 100% zu empfehlen.

The island Krk and the town Punat are great. Blue water, Nice swimming spots. Although our hosts of the villa were very friendly, the house and pool didn’t meet our expectations. Much smaller and way less luxurous than shown in the pictures. Our holidays were great, so visit Krk, but if you want Some space and a big pool, maybe choose a different house. If you’re looking for superfriendly hosts, then this place is good to go.
