RENOVATED - AVAILABLE FROM AUGUST 2025. A place for a beautiful and magical time! Positioned on a beautiful residential street, this is a much coveted home that exudes comfort & sophistication. It's set within a characterful building and the home is fully modernised. With spaces bathed in natural light, the home is very peaceful. The stylish furniture and the collection of contemporary artwork bring in pops of colour. There's all the modern comfort.
You will also love the high ceilings and large windows filling the home with light, the peaceful garden views, the comfy beds and modern bathrooms, as well as the fully equipped kitchen dinning room and the original contemporary art.
The sitting room offers a perfect space to sit back and relax with your loved ones.
The kitchen dinning room is fully equipped and immaculately presented with stunning flooring and marble table.
The master suite is spacious and confortable. There’s a new luxury mattress (king size) and an ample wardrobe, chairs, tv and an ensuite.
The double bedroom has its own tv, dressing table, chaise longue and a small wardrobe.
The third bedroom is lovely with a cot bed and a single futon sofa, leading into the idyllic balcony.
Sleeps up to 6 (max 4 adults).
Total indoor space 111m2 + outdoor balcony. First floor flat.
South Hampstead is a conservation area renowned for its agreeable environment, furnished with lush gardens. Nestled on a tree-lined street of terraced houses, the flat is an easy walk from Finchley Road and West Hampstead
For self-catering conveniences, there's a Waitrose, Marks&Spencer, Sainsburys and Lidl within 5/10 min walk. Or take an easy walk to nearby Finchley Road or West Hampstead, where the cafés and eateries are refreshing.
Transport links are excellent
Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton and Stansted airport are very convenient to access (do not hesitate to ask me details).
There are two underground lines and buses taking you to/from central London. Eg Madame Tussauds is 5 min tube jubilee line. All the shops of Oxford and Regent's street are 10 minutes. Westminster, Big Ben, London Eye are 15 min away.
Uber is fast and good service.
The nearest Tube station is Finchley Road on the Jubilee and Metropolitan Lines. When you exit Finchley Road tube take a right, there's a 5 minutes walk from the station to the apartment.
Trains: West Hampstead is served by London Overground and Thameslink trains.
Eurostar: very easy connection by underground: metropolitan Line from King's Cross to Finchley Road. Just a few stops away.
Bus: The many buses on Finchley road will take you to/from Central London easily.
Private parking not available, but parking free on street Mon-Sat 6.30pm to 8.30am and all day Sunday.

This was really an amazing stay- a beautifully furnished apartment; a huge balcony perfect for enjoying the sunny days; a green, quiet location and yet super easy to get into central London in 15 minutes. Highly recommend!

My family of 4 has stayed for a month each in favorite cities, Paris, Rome, Seville, and London - twice, each during May/June. This house, of all the luxury houses, was our absolute favorite! Upon arrival to each house, it usually would take a day, or actually, two days in our last London home in Fulham, to get them cleaned to our specifications, and doing things like putting flowers back in the window boxes that were shown in their photos. We arrived here and smiled with joy! My daughter said,, "This is us!
We proceeded to unpack and then promptly went to the market, visited a delightful park and playground, by a nice walk, and then we went out to dinner at a restaurant, which became our favorite neighborhood Italian restaurant. (fresh pasta and even Sunday Brunch was delicious) This house is close to anything household, and amazingly close to bus transport and tube. Our home-away-from-home, was perfect! It was such a pleasure pretending that we lived there! This year, due to our schedule, we were only able to stay for 3 weeks, and we were so disappointed once we arrived, as this is the house we could have stayed forever! Helia, our host, was spectacular!

Hi all,
We enjoyed our stay in Helia's place in South Hamstead. the place was attractive and well kept. The art in the flat was nice. The neighborhood was pleasant.
We were a bit further out from central London than we expected to be. we walked to the downtown area in around an hour and 15 minutes. Uber took around 30 minutes.

My family of 5 had a wonderful stay at Helia’s flat in South Hampstead. It is a five minute walk to Finchley Rd tube station (Jubilee and Metropolitan lines). Shopping and all kinds of restaurants are close by too. The place was clean and well-appointed. appliances all worked well and the kitchen has everything you need to host a few friends or just have a nice home cooked meal when you don’t want a takeaway. The third bedroom is a little tight - but works as long as you’re not putting too tall a person in it! Overall, highly recommend and hope we can get back there again soon!
