A few meters by boat and you are overlooking the spacious Veerse Meer with its many water sport options. Kortgene is a pleasant village with various restaurants with terraces and shops. Goes, Middelburg and the historic town of Veere are 20 minutes away by car. The wide North Sea beach is less than fifteen minutes away by car. A little further you will find the Oosterschelde dam with the island of Neeltje Jans famous for the Delta theme park and its quiet beach, part of which is reserved for naturists.
The villa is situated on a dead end street. Parking on private driveway. The holiday home is in a quiet location and has a lovely sunny garden. Through the garden door you enter the cozy living room with a sitting area with fireplace and a dining area. Open kitchen with appliances and utility room with washing machine and dryer. Hall and guest toilet. On the first floor there is a landing with access to 3 spacious bedrooms (1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds). Spacious bathroom with bath / shower, sink and toilet.
