About this house rental
This approx. 80 sqm roof-top house stands on an approx. 400 sqm plot with a fenced garden and semi-covered terrace facing south. Here you can retreat from too much sun, but you can also enjoy the good mud air when it rains.
KIEK UT is almost at the end of a cul-de-sac and promises quiet living.
Due to extensive renovations at the end of 2014, the KIEK UT got floor-to-ceiling windows; the view of the loop is "breathtaking".
Directly from the bedroom you have the opportunity to use the spacious balcony.
From all floors of the 3-storey house you have a wonderful panoramic view of the loop and the small marina. There is also a bathing ladder for a refreshing dip in the clean Schlei water; always under surveillance from your vacation home.
Stexwig is located between Schleswig and Eckernförde and is an ideal starting point for explorations of all kinds. Haithabu shows how the Vikings used to live (20 minutes away), Schleswig with the fishing settlement and the cathedral is recommended, a stroll in Eckernförde on the beautiful harbor promenade should also be, the old Rumstadt Flensburg is also worth a day trip .... .and and and! Cyclists will also get their money's worth in Stexwig, because the Baltic Sea cycle path leads through Stexwig. Two beautiful 18-hole golf courses are waiting for you. One approx. 3 km away, the other approx. 15 km away.
You can reach the Baltic Sea in about 20 minutes, and the North Sea in about 1 hour. What would definitely be recommended: a mudflat hike. Take fresh North Sea crabs with you and enjoy the evening meal on your terrace or on the footbridge right by the water. A little wine, the evening sun ... is there anything better?
