About this apartment rental
This Spacious, 2-story condominium is located in beautiful Beaver Creek West. Close to delicious dining and fantastic activities. The large condo features a magnificent wood burning fireplace in the living room along with vaulted 14 foot ceilings. The kitchen is well stocked to cook in and feed large groups of guests. Comfortably sleeps 10. With free Ski Shuttle to Vail and Beaver Creek.

Furnished in natural, Rocky Mountain style. The condo has a cabin like feel. There is a large dining room and eating bar area, which provides seating for up to 12. You will feel right at home with our fully equipped kitchen offering a microwave, coffee maker, dish washer and brand new full size refrigerator. There is a large capacity clothes washer and dryer. Each of the four bedrooms has its own bathroom. The upstairs includes a true fourth bedroom (not an open loft) that offers a second living area.
Beaver Creek West offers a private skier shuttle to Lionshead at Vail or to the Beaver Creek Riverfront Express Gondola during ski season.
The condo is located on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator. Beaver Creek West has a heated pool, sauna and hot tub.

Parents, kids partners and grandkids stayed! An obviously used feeling.Quite spacious with a bathroom for each room. Visiting family down the lake path was quite convenient, as I knew when planning. I noticed a few items were changed from the VRBO pic and wondered if we had displaced a family for the week.My son noted how many closets and other storage areas were locked to block access.My daughter was thrilled to see the bikes and go biking with her daughter only to see those items were also 'to see, not touch'.

We enjoyed our stay in this Avon condo. It was just as advertised in the description and pictures. The location is great with many options to get to the slopes with ease (private condo bus to gondola or to Skier Express bus stop to get to the main BC village)Check in was easy, parking was right in front of the condo, and you are close to a nearby park for the kiddos.We had 4 adults and 4 kids. The bedrooms had plenty of space and more than enough beds for us. It even provided options to bring a kid into a parents room in a separate bed if needed in the middle of the night. If we have one knock, a few items seem dated within the condo. However, it is just as pictured.

The good:
There was more than enough space for the 7 people there. The owner was polite and responsive. The area is wonderful.
The bad:
The place feels very lived in. It could have been cleaned better. There was window hardware parts laying around, stuff on the floor and heavy dust on some surfaces. The master bedroom has no closet, a terrible shower head, and we had to clean the jet tub because there was mold the jets. The sheets in one of the downstairs rooms had what looked like urine stains. The stairs to get to the place are steep and there is no elevator. The lady downstairs lives there full time and she is extremely rude. Her little dog jumped on my 6 yo and when I asked her not to let the dog do that she became very confrontational. We had several issues with her. I know the owner can't control the neighbor, but if you have kids the neighbor will 100% come out and complain about them walking up the stairs.
TLDR: The place is nice enough even though the master doesn't have a closet. The rude neighbor and the less than clean rental would deter me from staying here in the future.
