Beautiful fully furnished 2 bedroom on the beach in the city of Hollywood beach. Resort style amenities. Full service -gym, cardio, concierge, valet, mini market across the street. Close to shopping malls, restaurants & entertainment like.
This Ocean Front spacious unit 2 bedroom/2 baths has both, Ocean views from the balcony along with HOLLYWOOD BEACH with beautiful sunsets in the evening. It is fully furnished with all the housewares.

Located on the beach, few minutes from Aventura´s Mall.
There are a lot of things to do around (10´around):
Gulf-stream, casino, restaurants and shops
Aventura mall
The Hollywood boardwalk (restaurants on the water)
You will also be centrally located between Fort Lauderdale and Miami, making both destinations easily accessible from Hollywood.
AMENITIES
Guests can use the pool, the gym and the clubhouse that has private conference rooms, reading areas and a pool table. Also, there is direct access to the beach from the building.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment, Unlimited in and out parking by yourself for 10 dollars a day only.

GETTING AROUND
There is a Hollywood Trolley that takes you up and down Hollywood Beach and to downtown Hollywood. There is also a water taxi across the street that will take you by boat to South Beach or to Fort Lauderdale/Las Ola's Blvd.
