All new carpet installed in September '24. Recent new paint and all new furniture adds to custom cabinets, hard wood and stone floors, and wood blinds. Warm professional decorating throughout. 4 Flat screen TVs, cozy great room with adjacent sun room with amazing views. Study off great room with queen size sleeper and desk area. Farm style dining table seats 6 along with seating for 4 at the bar. Main floor laundry room . Abundant windows open to ski slope views. Spacious deck and yard . Heated outdoor swimming pool , sauna and hot tub all open!
Walk out our back door, through the tunnel to Keystone Lake and Village to enjoy restaurants, skating, hockey, paddle boats, canoeing, shopping , music ad seasonal activities. JUST TWO BLOCKS FROM CONFERENCE CENTER!
Our home is approximately 1,880 sq. ft . Sleeping accommodations include main floor master bedroom with queen size bed. Main floor full bathroom . Queen size sleeper sofa in study. Upstairs is another master bedroom with a king size bed , a twin size day bed with twin trundle and full bath . 2nd upstairs bedroom has queen size bed and bunk beds (twin size) , All closets are walk in . There are also 2 full size baby cribs, high chair, stroller, toys and games for the little adventures.
Shuttle bus to Keystone Mountain and River Run Resort stops every 20 minutes at enclosed shelters steps from our front door. Just a quick 1 mile ride to the slopes.
