Escape to our welcoming home and enjoy a fantastic Colorado winter! New ski bowls open on Dercum Mt. Explore new Kindred development in nearby River Run with its restaurants, shopping, and music festivals – our free shuttle makes it easy! Featuring a main-floor primary suite with king size bed. Ideal for Grandparents...no stairs! Recently renovated kitchen with granite countertops, new carpet, fresh paint, and new furniture, this home offers comfort and style. Enjoy 4 flat-screen TVs, a cozy great room, a sunroom with amazing views, a study with a queen-size sleeper, and a farm-style dining table. Plus, it's just two blocks from the conference center! Our home (approx. 1,880 sq ft) features multiple sleeping accommodations, including cribs, high chairs, strollers, toys, and games. With a shuttle bus to Keystone Mountain and River Run Resort stopping nearby, skiing is just a short ride away. This is not your typical rental, it's a HOME!

The townhouse was very warm and inviting! The place was plenty big enough for 7 adults and 3 children. The kitchen was very well stocked with essentials. Location was great for anything you may need and the hosts communicated very well. We can't wait for our next visit!

Close to ski bus. Hot tub was nice. Can walk to ice skating / lake. Condo well equipped & cute ! Beds comfortable . We enjoyed our stay.
