About this bed and breakfast
This river retreat can sleep 8 and is a little slice of heaven less than a mile from Parris Island. You will have the chance to sit in the Hot Tub and hopefully see the dolphins feed while you are relaxing or you can sit on the porch and catch a breathtaking sunrise over the water. This is a quiet guest home that has amazing views whether you are coming for a graduation, to relax or enjoy the water this is the spot for you.
This is a two bedroom guest home that sits next door to the main house on the property. It has a full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, Keurig as well as washer and dryer. There is one bedroom downstairs with a queen bed and there is one large room upstairs with two sleeping areas that are divided by the staircase. One of those areas features a queen bed and a crib and the other features a twin bed with a trundle twin bed as well. The couch is a sofa sleeper and can easily be pulled out to maximize the capacity of the home. There is a Gas grill, Komodo Joe Grill and a private dock that you will need to ask before using. If you have a boat that you will be using while in the area, arrangements can be made to leave your boat at the dock for an additional fee.

We were down for marine boot camp graduation and this was perfect for our family. Had plenty of space inside and parking was easy even for a large transit van. The hosts were very accommodating and I would for sure stay here again. It was nice to relax in the hot tub after spending the day walking Parris island!

We chose this rental because of the marsh view, so you can imagine our disappointment when we realized that you can't see the marsh from inside, except for the small windows in the bathroom and porch door. View from the screen porch and outer deck is excellent.
Downstairs bed was comfortable, we didn't use the upstairs. Kitchen is small, no dishwasher which I didn't notice ahead of time so my error.
Located between Port Royal and Beaufort, we explored both, enjoyed lunch at Fish Camp (PR) and dinner at Wren Bistro (Beaufort.)
