About this house rental
Spend your days in the lovely suburb of Linden! Safe and Private, Modern yet homey. Get to meet your awesome hosts and perhaps partake in some tours they offer. Whether a safari or a cultural tour the choice is yours! (Company: Felleng Tours)
The space
The Freshly renovated House has everything you need to stay comfortably and safely in the heart of Johannesburg. This house has 3 rooms which sleeps 6, all with en-suite bathrooms with showers & extra length queen size beds. Each room has it's own Entrance.
There is a bathroom in the Hallway if you prefer to unwind with a lovely bubble bath and some wine.
This lovely house comes fully equipped with a stunning modern kitchen which comes with a fridge with Ice maker. We also make sure there is always coffee/tea & milk for you to enjoy.
Our open plan design connects the Kitchen with the Dining area and Lounge. From the Lounge you can assess the Gas BBQ if too cold or have a Lovely BBQ outside on the Patio when you access the sliding doors from the Lounge or from your Room.
We have more than enough free parking if you require. We also provide you with complete security with Electrical Fence and Camera's all whilst maintaining your privacy. We want you to feel safe and at home when you stay with us.

Interaction with guests:
Either Agnes or Francois shall be present once you arrive at the property. You can arrange a pickup with us if required. We stay in a cottage separate to the Main House. You are more than welcome to pop by if you have any requirements or questions. With your stay we can arrange tours for you around South Africa, Email, Phone or Text us with any inquiries with your stay in South Africa. Once at the property we can arrange dinner/breakfast or drop you at a restaurant around the area. We can also arrange a stop at the supermarket if you prefer to cook your own meals.

The Property is:
► 11min Walk to the nearest Park (Delta Park 900m) for a lovely Picnic with a beautiful Lake.
► 45min Walk to (Emmarentia Botanical Gardens 3.5Km)
► 1hour Walk for a Stunning top view of Johannesburg (Northcliff Ridge eco Park 5.1Km) Perfect for a sundowner on a hill.
► 20min Walk to (Linden Swimming Pool 1.7Km) Public Indoor Swimming Pool.
► 13min Walk to a Lovely Italian Restaurant (Satori Family Restaurant 1.1Km). Other Restaurants also in that vicinity.
► 30min Walk to the nearest Shopping Mall (Cresta Shopping Mall 2.8Km)

My wife and I have been to Johannesburg 4 times, usually staying with her father. This time, for a change, we booked with Agnes. The house was perfect. Clean, modern, well-furnished, well-equipped, very comfortable. One small touch we really enjoyed: the paintings displayed on the walls which were all the work of the homeowner. She’s quite talented! Fully recommend. Would happily stay again. William
