Joey's at Iluka - Bring the boat

'Joey's at Iluka', located in the main street is the ideal spot to bring all your water toys. Just a few minutes walk across to the swimming area on the river, the boat ramp down the road, local supermarket, bakery and coffee shops just around the corner and a nice walk to the local pub. Joey's is a classic beach house with complete veranda to find the perfect spot to sit and unwind.
There is plenty of garden for the children to play and a small fenced area for dogs including an enclosed veranda. (please refer to dog rules if wishing to bring a dog)
The beach house has been partially renovated, keeping its original charm. There are 3 bedrooms, main with QB and wardrobes, one with DB and 3rd with KSB plus floor mattress (on request) and wardrobe.
The 80's style bathroom has bath and shower with separate toilet and vanity. The kitchen and open living/dining area look out to the caravan park with the odd view of the river.
The breeze is divine and the deck is a great place to relax and watch the kids play and have a BBQ.

The property has a laundry with washing machine and clothes line.

OUTSIDE DOGS ONLY ALLOWED BY SPECIAL REQUEST - guests must bring own linen (pillows and fitted sheets supplied) A security bond of $500 for pets will be applied after accepting booking. A dog policy wil be sent to guest prior to booking. The fence is 1.2m high for dogs that may jump.
Maximum number of dogs allowed is 2.
Guests are to notify if wishing to bring a dog and A PET POLICY WILL BE EMAILED.

The house and yard is available for access. The back yard is shared by owner with notice given if attending.
The free standing garage at the back is not available to access by guests.

Joey's is situated within walking distance to most of what Iluka offers... river, sporting fields, including tennis courts, bowling club, skate park, swimming area, ferry to Yamba, all shops and a stroll along the boardwalk to Sedgers Reef Hotel. Take a short drive to beautiful beaches with great surf and walks through Iluka Nature reserve.
Iluka has many 4WD beaches to enjoy fishing and surfing.
