The kitchen has new white cabinets with beautiful, recycled glass countertops. Living room is equipped with a queen sleeper sofa. Bathroom area has two separate vanities and new walk-in shower. Sit out on the screened patio and enjoy a cold beverage or enjoy an outside dining experience. WIFI, Basic Cable, Washer/Dryer, Beach Chairs and Towels are all included. The community has a 24-hr. manned security gate. Come enjoy a slice of Florida Paradise!

Oceanvillage is right on the beach with a great bar/restaurant. The only bummer was that the main pool and Tiki Bar were closed for maintenance. There were still 2 other pools to use so that wasn’t a problem. It’s a very friendly place with lots to do. I would definitely recommend staying here for a great beach vacation.

In general a nice looking unit with good appliances in kitchen and fairly comfortable. Peaceful lanai. Some cabinet doors were broken, did not close well. What appeared to be a king sized bed is actually 2 smaller mattresses side by side so there was an uncomfortable ridge in the center. The disappointing parts were the main pool/closest to unit was damaged and unable to use, only 4 parking spaces next to farther pool, all the rest tow-away zones. I was not made aware of the damaged pool before my reservation completed. Wi-fi was not available through my stay. When I got there and unpacked found that it was not working but rental staff already gone for the day so I reported it on day 2. 10 hours later I was given a wifi hotspot that was so slow it took 2-3 minutes to load a single page. On day 5 (out of 7) they got the cable people it and got the main wifi working again. That lasted 24 hours and then was not working again. Lastly and worst of all the unit is terribly humid and smelled like mildew/mold. You could smell it blowing from the air vents. It was so bad I spent as much time away from the unit as possible and wore a mask inside and to bed because I was worried about inhaling it. When I alerted rental staff (twice), it took 5 days to get Damp Rid delivered and that didn't make much difference in my last 2 days. I've rented a lot from VRBO and I think this could be a good unit if problems addressed
