Welcome to our home in La Quinta, a four bedroom, three bath house that will comfortably sleep up to eight guests. We are located just over a mile from the Indian Wells Tennis Center, and a short drive from Stagecoach and Coachella festivals, PGA West, the famous El Paseo shopping district, and beautiful Old Town La Quinta. There are numerous shops very close by which is convenient for any essentials you might need.
The 2000-square-foot interior is outfitted with plenty of entertainment options for fun with family and friends. There is an impressive pool table which is well suited for challenging competition, or a beautiful foosball table for a change of pace! Take a seat at the bar if you prefer to spectate the gaming fun. You can also head out to the garage for an energetic round of ping pong on our high quality table. Relax in the living room to take advantage of our high speed WiFi, or the cable TV with HBO, Showtime, ESPN, Golf, Tennis and other channels all included with your stay. We also have a selection of board games for some family fun.
Experience outdoor living in the private backyard, where you can enjoy a dip in the sparkling saltwater pool with beach entry and beautiful pebble tec finish, or a soak in the relaxing hot tub. Barbecue with friends and family on our recently added built-in BBQ grill, enjoying outdoor meals under the covered patio.
Inside, take advantage of our large open kitchen which is fully stocked to prepare delicious home cooked meals. Enjoy sitting together at the dining table which can seat up to 8 people.
Once you're ready to call it a night, escape to one of the inviting bedrooms to settle down. The master bedroom has a California king size bed with Smart HD TV, ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. The second and third bedrooms both contain queen size beds and share a bathroom via the common hallway. The fourth bedroom is in a separate area of the home with it's own bathroom, equipped with a California king bed and Smart HD TV.
For cooler months from October thru April, the pool can be heated for an additional charge, up to a maximum of $75 per day depending on which month. Please request prior to booking for the exact amount.
For stays during Coachella and Stagecoach festivals, the refundable damage deposit will be $1,500. Please note that the primary renter must be at least 30 years old.
Beach cities about 1 hour 40 minutes away, Big Bear Ski Area approx. 1 1/2 hours, San Diego approx. 2 hours and Las Vegas approx. 3 1/2 hours.
Your safety matters. Exterior security cameras are located at the front of the house, facing out towards the street. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The front door is equipped with an electronic lock and you will receive a unique code for entry during your stay - no need to hassle with keys!
Please be aware there is no land line at the house.
Our home is located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. Out of respect to our neighbors, quiet hours are 10pm-7am and will be enforced by the city. Parties are strictly prohibited and will be grounds for termination of the rental agreement.

Our group of 10 had such an amazing stay at this VRBO. The space was incredibly clean when we arrived, and it stayed comfortable and easy to enjoy throughout our trip. It was clear that a lot of care went into making the home welcoming, well-kept, and fully stocked with great amenities that made our stay feel easy and relaxing.One of the best parts was the location. We loved how close it was to so many great food options, which made it super convenient for a large group with different cravings and plans. Being able to quickly get to restaurants and local spots made the whole experience even better.Overall, this place was perfect for our group. It was spacious, clean, convenient, and had everything we needed for a great trip. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with a bigger group.

This home was truly a desert getaway! So much space, super quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds, lovely backyard and tons of stuff to keep you entertained. Had good communication from hosts, easy check-in, and the location is amazing if you're in town for the tennis tournament. We could have walked to the tennis garden it was so close, but it was 97 degrees so we decided to drive the 5 minutes. Will definitely be staying here in the future!

great location within walking distance to tennis tournament—easy entry and nice to have driveway/garage access for parking— there were some areas that needed more thorough cleaning, i.e bathroom off the laundry room, bedroom, cookware (dried pasta in the pot and plates in the cabinet), but overall a nice home for a few days. we were unable to get the spa heated, and it would also be nice to have the option of lowering the temp in the house past 75, as it was warm for sleeping.

We enjoyed our stay overall and found the house was sizable enough space for our family of 6. The location is convenient and quiet. The owner was easy to work with and the check-in was easy. The house interior could benefit from updating. Kitchen appliances (stove, microwave) and furniture/couches were older and well-worn. We flew in from out-of-state and had most everything we needed, however, none of the 3 bathrooms had any soap. Minor detail but its something normally provided at prior rentals, so our first showers were soap less and we had to go buy some. Overall- Lot of potential with the house for sure with a little remodeling.
