The lake home sits on a flat 2.73 acre waterfront property. This listing offers (2) two bedrooms with 1-1/2 baths. Guests have the entire house during their stay. A spacious open floor plan Great Room area overlooks the yard and lake. The property is on a large quiet slew making the water calm and peaceful. The property boasts quiet surroundings and privacy. The pier accommodates lounging, sunbathing, fishing, , swimming, and relaxation. The back porch is a restful peaceful haven for dining and socializing or just reading a good book and relaxing on the cozy porch swing. The lake home is centrally located to Publix Grocery, The Pell City Civic Center, Public Boat Launch, Splash Pad (water park), Tennis Courts, and nature walking trails. Pell City's new Movie Theater with reclining seats, state-of-the-art Bowling and Gaming Arcade is the rave!! Honda Manufacturing Plant is 10 minutes away. Just 25 minutes away is Talladega Motor Speedway. Barber's Motorsports Museum, Bass Pro Shop, and Outlet stores are all just 20- 25 minutes away.

The Guests do not share the home with the Owner. The Owner stays on the property in a separate dwelling. The owner has access to the attached garage even during the guests stay. Owner can enter the attached garage if needed via the garage door. Guests do not have access to the attached garage.

Guests agree and accept the house rules including regular yard maintenance if needed which may be performed during the Guest's stay.

After two people, there is an additional $30.00 fee for each additional person /per night.

The house was beautiful, super clean and very comfortable. The views from the dock were gorgeous! Buddie, the dog, was a bonus. He was super friendly and always ready for an extra pet or two.

My family said: It was great. We loved it and are considering booking it for a family wedding later in the year if it’s available. Brian was kind and hospitable. For the little bit of time we were there, we really enjoyed sitting on the back porch at night and in the morning. The hot water takes a good long minute to get there. But that wasn’t an issue. Brian has done a lovely job updating the home.
