Abosultely beautiful views from the house. The host was extremely flexible with our arrival and departure times. He assisted us with planning some excursions while we were in Ivalo. Very easy to contact! Would 100% stay there again!

Amazing cabin, helpful and friendly owner

We LOVED EVERYTHING! It was the most amazing accomodation we have ever booked and we travel fairly often. The house is huge, has a sauna, aurora viewing balcony, large kitchen and living/dinning room with a fireplace. The view from the house is amazing... you feel very secluded and private, but you're still close to the town... the owner was super friendly and helpful, he showed us how he does ice fishing and he even made me ice swimming hole in the frozen lake as I wanted to try avanto. We will come back for sure!

spacious and well equipped

space - 4 actual bedrooms (2 upstairs, 2 downstairs) with a daybed upstairs; large sauna; well equipped kitchen and a dining table with a stunning view of the lake. there is an outside sauna building which we didn't use, BBQ pit available but too many insects currently to enjoy this. can wade into the lake after your sauna, only knee deep in the area in front of the cottage. owner was v responsive, videos are clear in explaining how to use the various facilities.

cottage is not equipped with Aircon (as most cottages) so we were really warm at night during this hot period of 30degrees, turning up the ventilation helped some, the upstairs bedrooms feel the heat the most. beds were too soft. the location of the cottage does not allow you to see the midnight sun, even on the aurora balcony. I think it will be stunning for the aurora tho as the cottage faces the NNW, roughly

Beautiful villa with an excellent host

The property is amazing! Kitchen is loaded with literally everything you will need. Sauna is excellent. Beds are comfortable. The Super organised host is super helpful, he even helped us in organizing private tours.

Fabulous Lakeside Villa

We couldn’t have chosen a better option for our 1 week staying around Inari and the village of Ivalo. With close proximity to both Urho Kekkonen national park and Lemmenjoki national park the villa serves as a perfect base for exploring the surrounding beautiful nature year around. The villa itself is simply fabulous - excellent in many respects. We enjoyed things like spacious living room with dining table facing the lakeside view, bbq possibilities outside as well as the fully equipped kitchen, saunas, comfy beds and nice touch in details such as candle lights and high quality wireless speaker. Basically, we could not find things that we would have changed - the villa was excellent as such. Further, we even spotted the northern lights (aurora borealis) when popping into the balcony, which was beautiful. Finally, the host of the villa stands out with his great attitude and friendliness - ready to help with a professional mindset of making the visitors’ staying as smooth and pleasant as possible. We wholeheartedly recommend the villa to anyone looking for a great find to stay in.

Erinomainen mökki omassa rauhassa.

Sijainti omassa rauhassa mutta kuitenkin lähellä palveluita. Mökki juuri kuten kuvissa. Isäntä oikein mukava puhelimessa ja antoi vinkkejä. Koirat tervetulleita ja taaperolle oli laitettu valmiiksi syöttötuoli ja matkasänky. Kaksi vessaa oli luksusta :)

Rappusissa olisi voinut olla jonkinlainen portti, ettei taapero lähde itsekseen rappusia kiipeämään yläkertaan. Tämä tosin ei meitä suuremmin haitannut, kun laitoimme tuoleja eteen. Harmi, kun ei saanut varattua mökkiä pidemmäksi aikaa.

Absolut empfehlenswert

Gemütliche Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht. Besonders toll fanden wir die Sauna und den Kamin. Die Lage war ebenfalls sehr gut, ruhig am See, aber eine schnelle Anbindung zum Flughafen oder zu den nächstgelegenen Städten. Sogar Nordlichter konnten wir vom Haus aus sehen. Wir durften auch den Checkout verlängern, was wir sehr nett fanden. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!
