Beautiful McCormick Ranch community near Talking Stick, Old Town, Cactus League stadiums and golf. Home is extremely well-appointed. Near pool and grills. One assigned/covered parking spot. We’ve stayed here 3 times in the last year. We love the McCormick Ranch location near shops, the bike path, and parks. The condo has really comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, and many extras you don’t always find in a VRBO like laundry supplies, a cart to unload groceries, and a large patio with plenty of seating. Highly recommend.

Nice patio in front of the pool, but let's be factual :
Every rooms are dark because small windows and dark paint.
The kitchen needs :
-decent trash can (there is only , on the floor, 2 basic plastic containers with no lids......
-I had to buy an electric kettle (that I left) The owner did not know if there was a kettle somewhere when I asked.
- N0 juicer
-Extremely noisy dishwasher and freezer (freezer noisy throughout the day)
-it takes forever to get hot water (3 and a half minutes)
The sofas are obviously very old and worn out.
No trash cans in the bathrooms /also only plastic containers.
The bed of the master is good.
Basically, this old unit definitely needs to be seriously updated.
