You will have private use of the outdoor area (pool and terrace with views) and the ground floor of the property, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room. Its three spacious bedrooms and capacity for 6 people make it the ideal villa for a family or friends\' holiday. Relax on the majestic terrace with views of the Mediterranean Sea and the beautiful Sierra de Tramuntana, next to its beautiful pool. Rules:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, and failure to comply with this rule will result in a penalty.
- Please keep the interior of the villa clean and tidy.
- Guests will be required to take care of the waste generated during their stay, depositing it in the designated containers or collection points before the end of their stay.
- Air conditioning and heating should be used responsibly, turning them off when not in the villa.
- Any excessive noise, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited! In the event of complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise or disturbing behaviour by any member of your group, the owner has the right to evict the client and all guests from the apartment, regardless of the time of day or night, without any refund of the amount already paid for the booking, and also keeping the deposit.
Booking Conditions:
- Visitors must pay a mandatory deposit of €500.00 before arrival, which will be refunded upon departure.
- Tourist Tax: €2.2/adult/night to be paid in cash upon arrival.

We found the property to be exactly as described. The location to the nearby shops and bars is perfect and the walk down to the busier port area where you will find the more expensive restaurants and boutiques only takes around 10 minutes. We found the air conditioning to be a little temperamental, but was easily switched back on. As previous guest have suggested, the beds are not as comfortable as you would hope but nevertheless two teenagers seemed to be able to sleep soundly until mid day! The pool area gets the sun all day up to about 6pm and the pool itself is a good size for cooling down and relaxing, although having had the scorching sun all summer it was on the warm side. We found the adjacent shower better for cooling off. The kitchen was well appointed with cooker, microwave, induction hob and extractor. It also had a large fridge freezer. Everywhere was spotless when we arrived and there were plenty of towels and spare bed linen. The property manager is able to organise a cleaner (to be paid by the occupant) if required. The property has a lounge area adjacent to the kitchen complete with two sofas and a wall mounted satellite TV, Netflix was handy on the day a storm hit! The property felt very secure, with automatic locking gates at the entrance. Samuel the property manager was always on hand if needed and did an amazing job at cleaning the various flora that was deposited in our pool by way of the storm. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.
