Mesa House, Uno, is a charming condo in a prime location with a large front porch. Great for couples on a weekend getaway or friends looking to be in the heart of Old Town Key West. The fresh, modern space and full amenities make this 1-Bedroom Suite at The Mesa House the perfect spot for your next getaway. Walk a couple of blocks north and you're at the docks and about a mile south you'll find Southernmost Point and Higgs Beach. Historic Duval Street is also walking distance from this condo!
The Space:
Up to four can stay at this one bedroom Suite at The Mesa House, with a sofa-bed provides the extra sleeping space. The entire compound can be rented for larger groups. (Please contact us for more information!)
A private washer and dryer make post beach cleanups easy, and the full kitchen gives you plenty of room to cook your fresh catch from a day of fishing.
Central air conditioning cools the condo on the hottest days and rocking chairs await you on the porch when the mood strikes. The home is outfitted with two cable TVs and free WiFi.

Placed perfectly in-between Downtown and the Historic seaport, enjoy attractions like Mallory Square at sunset, Fury’s water adventures for a day at sea, and the Shipwreck and Mel Fisher Maritime Museum for some Key West History.
Half a block from Duval Street, The Mesa House, is steps away from Key Wests most famous bars and kitchens. Local’s favorite restaurants, such as First Flight, Bagatelle and Two Friend’s patio are less than a 5 minute walk from your front door. Got a sweet tooth? Keep an eye out for Kermit’s Key Lime Pie Shop in the Historic Seaport known for the best Key Lime Pie in Key West, or grab some homemade fudge and candy from River Street Sweets.
Forgot something or need a quick fix? Shorty’s Market has your last minute necessities for your weekend getaway. Just 2 blocks away you can also find Fausto’s food market for locally sourced groceries.

Pink Taxi is an easy, reliable and affordable way for getting to your rental from the airport.

• Caroline Street Outdoor Parking Lot

• There are pay-to-park spots and meters and it is free from 12AM - 8AM. With a 3 day limit.
• The neighborhoods of Old Town offer some free parking spaces, but be aware that many of the spots are marked “Residential Only” and visitors are NOT permitted to park in them.

The location of this property is fantastic! Walkable to all the spots. The parking lot next to the property is incredibly convenient. 40 to park overnight. The accommodations are basic but nice and clean. Be prepared that there are no windows that provide a view outside. They are all frosted over and if you are claustrophobic this could be an issue. Based on proximity alone we would stay again though.

This property work well for me and my family's needs. The location was great. Very convenient to walk one block over to Duval and see all of the action. Also an easy walk to a few shops and food places on Greene Street. AAU and there is a nice little beach at the end of the street towards the harbor that we visited one day just to dip in and relax. The air conditioning works great. We the apartment had a few basic supplies stocked but expect to bring everything you need for cooking and cleaning. Communication was good throughout the process. The biggest downside is no designated parking. The parking lot next door worked out well for overnight parking but ran anywhere from 30 to 40 per day. I would reccomend staying here

Property was in a perfect location and the place was great!

While it is a great location, it was lacking in amenities and basic supplies which we have experienced in other VRBOs. It had a musty smell when opening front door, no lights in bedroom and could not find breaker box, no kitchen towels, sparse bathroom shampoo and body wash and no bar soap supplies. The shower was lacking water pressure and safety features in the way of no safety bars and slippery bathtub surface. Maps and Key West information in the living room would have been helpful. We were not looking for luxury hotel but improvements would help for future guests.
We were happy with location.
