About this apartment rental
Our Downtown Condo is one of a kind. Located half a block off of Main Street you can easily walk to retail shops, restaurants, coffee shops, galleries and museums. Anything else you may need is only minutes away.
The space is located upstairs in the original Stillwater Bank building. It offers one private bedroom with a queen bed and a living room (that can be closed off) that has a fold out couch or you can set up the queen size air mattress. The kitchen is stocked with cookware for simple meals, a full size refrigerator, stove / oven and microwave; as well as a coffee maker. A full size washer and dryer are located in the kitchen area and are available for use. Smart TV w/ Roku and Netflix and free WiFi. Parking is free on the street and in the nearby parking lots (some spots are time limited during the work day).

hi! location is great! comfort of the furniture was not. the bed is ridiculously squeaky. we had to wear silicone ear plugs so we wouldn't wake each other up every time we made a move in the bed and/or walked on the floor (again, very noisy). I understand about the floors in an old building but the bed noise can be fixed with a better frame. the couch in the living room is only slightly more cushioned than a park bench. we were there for a week and used the living room with the uncomfortable couch. if you're staying for only a few days, the couch probably isn't as much of an issue. the bedroom could use darker curtains. a lot of light is in the room at night from the streetlights.
