A newly built, modern, spacious condo with an upstairs ensuite air conditioned bedroom, walk in closet and balcony. Open Plan downstairs with a second bedroom, bathroom, full furnish kitchen, and living room. Peaceful , private, ideal for flexible accommodation: family vacation / couple/single. Can be rented as a ONE or TWO bedroom unit (max 4 persons) with a queen size sofa bed (sleeps two additional guest at US$25 per person per night).
Situated in the tranquil and unique village of Laborie, 15 mins. drive away from the main International Airport .
A half an hour drive takes you to the quaint town of Soufriere where you can experience the Sulphur Springs, and The Pitons (World Heritage site)
The condo is situated in one of the warmest and serene villages in the beautiful island of St.Lucia, away from all the hustle and bustle. The condo has been equipped with all modern amenities and has a feel of being home away from home. The upstairs bedroom suite is relaxing , peaceful and simply beautiful. The two floors each having it's own balconies , where you can unwind with a drink after a long day at the beach. There is also a long patio to the back for additional lounging and entertainment. A security system has been installed for additional safety.

A modern and clean space. Loved the decor - Simply elegant. We loved the cozy backyard where we were able to sit and have breakfast in the fresh morning air and a few drinks in the evening after a hard days work . There is also the option of eating inside but there's nothing like taking in the fresh country breeze. Its also ideal for a bar-b-que with friends and family.
It is also an ideal place to stay when working in the south of the island. We plan on returning soon.

The overall experience was good for the property itself and we found the manager to be accommodating when we wanted to check in early. We also found Laborie (the local village) to be wonderful, with friendly people and an awesome local beach. Check-out was easy and super no-fuss.
There were a couple of things that detracted from the stay, however. The kitchen could have been cleaner on check-in some of the plugs might not have been working, and the oven took over an hour to pre-heat to 350F. The early morning devotional radio from the neighbor was a little off-putting as well - 6am was a little earlier than we wanted to get up on our vacation days. Finally, while we were able to get onto the WiFi, it didn't work everywhere in the space and where it did work it was either 2 or 3 bars out of 5; I'd guess that the Access Point was in another apartment.
