You can have it all here! Great location close to the Beach, Olde Town, etc!

We’ve stayed in this house for 3 years. First, I must say that our host is terrific. The house has become worn and needs some TLC. Furniture is filthy-I wouldn’t sit on it. The towels are almost threadbare. Bathroom floors have dirt waxed into them. The dryer on 1 side was unusable because it squealed while running. The amenities are wonderful, but these couple of things really bummed us out. Especially the condition of the gathering area furniture. Great house for big family!! Hope the owners will do some upgrading.

Convenient place to stay with plenty of space between nieghbors.

Our group used this property for a staff retreat. The house was perfect. The open living area accommodated during meals and hanging out as a large group.. We took advantage of the smaller sitting spaces on the porch and the board game area for small group or one on one conversations or playing games. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans for larger groups. The rooms were clean and spacious. On top of all that, the house is just a short walk over to the bay. You can see it from the porch. The owners were easily reached for check-in and check-out and they were very kind. We were very pleased with our stay!

Location was perfect! The house was nice and decorated well. Eating, shopping and public beach were less than a 5 minute drive. We had a group of 9 and there was plenty of room for all. There are additional charges for more than 6 guests, even though it says sleeps 10 and there’s a total of 7 beds, so watch out. There was cockroaches in the kitchen at night. We had to buy bait and spray. Other than those 2 issues we enjoyed our stay.
