Nothing just that there are a lot of stairs to get to the apartment there is a lift once you get up the first flight of stairs but is very small and can only really fit 2 people in

Great Location, but very disappointing appartment.

The location was good, right in the center of town

It started with the host mentioning she had to go to work between 14 and 19. So, we had to rush to be there before 14. The bathroom was very dirty, I cleaned it myself, but it was still not ok for us. The shower was hardly working. Also, the floors were dirty. And dust everywhere….and the twin bed, the back of it, is falling apart. The chairs in the kitchen, the couch. They need to be replaced. WiFi did not work in the master bedroom. The whole place is not as advertised. Also, there was only one roll of toilet paper, no garbage bags, no shampoo, nothing. I think the apartment itself is great, and with a few upgrades and better service, it can be a top-rated apartment. I also suggest to the host to install air conditioning in the apartment, that is a must in Italy in summer nowadays.

Bellissimo ma … senza aria condizionata

L’appartamento è in zona storica a pochi minuti dal porto. Alla sera si è subito in mezzo al clima di festa di questa città. L’appartamento è messo a nuovo ed è grande. Non è una casa vacanza ma un posto dove si può vivere comodamente.

Purtroppo la mancanza dell’aria condizionata durante la settimana più calda dell’anno si è fatta sentire molto. Nella descrizione in effetti non è menzionata ma la davo per scontata. Sopravvissuti grazie a dei ventilatori. Le scale di accesso al secondo piano sono ripide, c’è un montacarichi lento.

L’appartamento è carino, ampio, ben organizzato e pulito! La zona giorno ha una cucina ben organizzata e i due bei divani la rendono molto piacevole! La posizione è perfetta: si trova in pieno centro storico. Proprietari disponibili e gentili

Purtroppo pur soggiornando in aprile, abbiamo trovato delle giornate molto piovose ed essendo l’appartamento molto grande faceva freddo specie nelle zone lontane dal termostato (già programmato e con temperatura non modificabile.)Consiglierei, per migliorare ulteriormente l’ospitalità, fino a quando la temperatura esterna non si stabilizza, di aumentare la temperatura almeno di un grado in tutta la casa perché, come detto, è molto grande e il calore si disperde facilmente.
