About this apartment rental
Located in the heart of downtown St. Peter, this second story 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom private apartment will provide you the added space and amenities you desire when you come to visit. Whether you are in town for a Gustavus event, a wedding, or just coming to visit family we would love to host you at our downtown space.
With modern and comfortable furnishings you won't realize you are staying in one of the oldest buildings in town. We hope you feel right at home while enjoying the perfect location. The vaulted ceilings, skylight, over-sized wood doors, and the energy of a small town-downtown are just a few of things we love about this apartment.
The loft sleeps 6 people comfortably with one king, one queen, and one trundle bed.
The fully furnished kitchen with new appliances provides the opportunity to prepare a family meal or just enjoy a cup of coffee at the counter bar.
If you don't feel like cooking, one of the best features of staying downtown is you are within walking distance to many bars and restaurants. There are also wonderful and unique boutique shops all along Saint Peter's main street.

Your property worked perfectly for our girls weekend in St Peter. The three of us enjoyed each having our own bedroom and appreciated all the supplies put out for us. The loft is within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The location is convenient for shopping in town or Mankato. We enjoyed both. The check-in information was clearly communicated and the house rules were clear and concise.

Excellent place to stay for tennis camp! Well stocked and clean. Bigger than I expected from the photos which was a nice surprise.

The loft was meticulously kept and in a perfectly central location. The host had thoughtful details throughout the apartment that made our stay so comfortable such as water bottles, snacks and travel toiletries. They have the fluffiest towels and plenty of them too! If we find ourselves in the area again, this is where we would stay!

Everything was great. The ceilings are high which doesn't help with the traffic noise. We enjoyed our stay in St Peter!! Thank you!
