Newly remodeled gorgeous single-story home on a private corner lot, bright and open, perfect for any family to relax and have an energy-filled vacation. Close to shopping, spring training, ASU, thriving downtown Gilbert, Scottsdale, and everything Phoenix has to offer. Pool, putting green, 3 car garage, large driveway for extra parking. The home has a split floor plan to help separate parents and kids or multiple families.
If you need a vehicle while in town check out my Turo which can be delivered to you at the airport (Skyharbor or Mesa/Phoenix Gateway) or will be at the home for you! Two vehicle options Tesla Model Y Performance and 2022 Toyota Tundra Hybrid Platinum Edition.

There is a camera on the back patio that is focused on the door but does partially see the pool. If this is a concern for you it is no problem for it to be removed during your stay!

Michael was great to work with and the house was in good shape. Great stay in a nice, quiet neighborhood! Definitely would stay again!

The home is beautiful and well stocked. There are multiple games and activities for people of all ages. The property manager was very responsive and provided valuable advice for attractions and restaurants. The pool was exceptional; warm clean and well kept. The property is close to the Superstition Mountains and many hiking trails. We would recommend this property and plan to return!

Spacious house and well stocked kitchen. The backyard is a comfortable oasis. Close to restaurants and stores. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Michael was a great host. We would definitely stay here again.
