The view is unbelievable and everything was extremely clean.
The breakfast was very very basic. They give us 2 cappuccinos from a machine and a croissant per person. The night before they said something about focaccias, but there was nothing apart from a croissant and some sliced bread with jam/nutella. no cheese/ham, fruit, juice, yogurt.

Comparing the house facilities and the price, it is a perfect accomadation to stay in the area.
The host is really helpful, kind and friendly. He thinks every detail to give you a home confort. Our room and bathroom was perfectly clean and well organized. Building, Furnitures, and products which are used in the house were all new and with a high quality. Balconies have an perfect view of the sea and marina. It is located in a very quite area without traffic noise and the small town is really sweet :)
Achieving to house might be difficult without a car. It is on a high point of the mountain but it has a good marine view thanks to this.

there was grandmother of host who lives down stairs so it was not comfortable for kids and the host got angry when kids run or spoke loudly
