Entry lock didn't work Debris on carpet--hadn't been vacuumed (doesn't show well in pix) Food debris in knife drawer Toaster needs replacing--fidgety to get to work Nasty fishing knife in drawer that belonged in a fishing tackle box Dryer ridiculously loud and doesn’t heat properly Grease spatter on range top. Had to assemble back R stove eye Master TV not working and plugged in Smoke detector was not on the wall but sitting on bureau with battery unattached in master Broken bureau back L leg in master Not well maintained--soft floor spots at sliding glass doors Pet-friendly unit needed a gate on deck instead of overturned table to block stairs. The other unit had a gate, and pix from deck were taken on that unit--not the one we were rented.

Very nice location and very private!

Love the location. You can’t beat being right on the beach and straight across the street from a convenience store.

One of the doors going onto the back deck had a huge crack from the bottom to about the middle. With having two very active toddlers, we were worried about them hitting it and it shattering. Multiple tiles in from of this same door or broken and lift up if stepped on. We had to make sure the kids didn’t play by the door because of this. Lastly, above this same door, there’s some damage so when it stormed, water was leaking inside. The lounge chair on the back deck is broken. One of our kids got a splinter from the kitchen table. & the people staying in the unit next to us had 4 cars so parking was crazy at times.

Did not know about breakfast

Could not open patio door off the bedroom reported it they said he could not fix it. The house moved every time the neighbors walked across the floor
