The house "Girun" is a comfortable apartment building in the Flims style (built in 1977, renovated in 2008). Quiet and sunny location in a cul-de-sac. The free ski bus stops in front of the house during the winter season.
In the house: sauna (extra). Ski room, central heating, washing machine & dryer (for shared use, extra). Access to the house. Underground parking space included. Grocery shop 500 m, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 200 m, mountain railway 1 km.
Apartment: 3-room apartment approx. 60 sqm on the 2nd Floor. Comfortable and cozy furnishings: living / dining room with cable TV and balcony. 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 beds. Small kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher). Dining room with corner seat. Bathroom with bathtub / toilet and separate toilet. Balcony furniture, WiFi.

The apartment is generous for four adults. It will serve those well who want to spend most of their time on the ski slopes and or otherwise out and about. Nice views from the breakfast table or balcony are inviting a relaxed start of the day. The kitchen is adequately equipped, not more. The host communicated in a friendly and efficient manner. The location is at the beginning of town coming from Chur but still within easy walking distance to everything. In short, the place is a solid choice for those looking for a comfortable abode without expecting luxury.

It was our second time at Nicolai's apartment and probably not last. Location is fantastic for skiers and for hikers. Nice and quiet neighborhood with skibus stop just in front of the house.
Apartment is sunny and spacious, very well equipped, clean and tidy.
The host - Nicolai is very supportive, easy reachable and really takes care about his guests.

Sonnige Wohnung mit Aussicht und grossem Wohnzimmer mit Cheminée. Optimale (Schi-)Bus Anbindung. Mitbenutzung Sauna im Haus. Küche, Badezimmer und Gäste-WC sind in die Jahre gekommen und die allgemeine Ausstattung ist renovationsbedürftig.
