About this apartment rental

The house "Girun" is a comfortable apartment building in the Flims style (built in 1977, renovated in 2008). Quiet and sunny location in a cul-de-sac. The free ski bus stops in front of the house during the winter season.

In the house: sauna (extra). Ski room, central heating, washing machine & dryer (for shared use, extra). Access to the house. Underground parking space included. Grocery shop 500 m, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 200 m, mountain railway 1 km.

Apartment: 3-room apartment approx. 60 sqm on the 2nd Floor. Comfortable and cozy furnishings: living / dining room with cable TV and balcony. 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 beds. Small kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher). Dining room with corner seat. Bathroom with bathtub / toilet and separate toilet. Balcony furniture, WiFi.

The apartment is generous for four adults. It will serve those well who want to spend most of their time on the ski slopes and or otherwise out and about. Nice views from the breakfast table or balcony are inviting a relaxed start of the day. The kitchen is adequately equipped, not more. The host communicated in a friendly and efficient manner. The location is at the beginning of town coming from Chur but still within easy walking distance to everything. In short, the place is a solid choice for those looking for a comfortable abode without expecting luxury.

Perfekter Ort für Skifahrer in ruhiger Lage. Die Wohnung ist sonnig, geräumig und komfortabel. Sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Ganze Wohnung ist sauber und ordentlich. Skibushaltestelle direkt vor dem Eingang des Gebäudes und nur 4 Minuten zur Bergbahnstation. Sehr guter Kontakt zum Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke Nicolai.

Sonnige Wohnung mit Aussicht und grossem Wohnzimmer mit Cheminée. Optimale (Schi-)Bus Anbindung. Mitbenutzung Sauna im Haus. Küche, Badezimmer und Gäste-WC sind in die Jahre gekommen und die allgemeine Ausstattung ist renovationsbedürftig.

Wir haben für eine Woche zu viert in Nicolais Apartment gewohnt. Das Apartment ist super: geräumig, gut gelegen (der Bus hält direkt vor der Türe), super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Vom Balkon hat man einen tollen Blick auf das Bergpanorama. Trotz kurzfristiger Reservierung hat alles super geklappt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Ich empfehle die Wohnung sehr. Toller Balkon und heimelig eingerichtet. Die Wohnung ist am Anfang des Dorfes. Ich finde die Lage toll dort. Ruhig und trotzdem mit dem Shuttel bequem bis zu den Bergbahnen erreichbar. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Wir waren zu dritt eine Woche hier und sind begeistert. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und angenehm unkompliziert, die Wohnung ist gross und hell. Was uns besonders positiv auffiel, war die Ausstattung: Vom Sparschäler über das Fondueset bis hin zur Kopfschmerztablette in der Hausapotheke war wirklich alles da was man sich wünschen konnte. Der Skibus hält buchstäblich vor der Haustür und bringt einen innerhalb von 5 min zu der Talstation Flims. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in Flims

Schöne Wohnung mit zwei Schlafdoppelzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche, Badezimmer mit Badewanne und separaten WC. Und nicht zu vergessen ein Traumbalkon. Am unteren Ortseingang gelegen, man kann gut die Wanderdestinationen per Fuß erreichen.
