The house "Girun" is a comfortable apartment building in the Flims style (built in 1977, renovated in 2008). Quiet and sunny location in a cul-de-sac. The free ski bus stops in front of the house during the winter season.
In the house: sauna (extra). Ski room, central heating, washing machine & dryer (for shared use, extra). Access to the house. Underground parking space included. Grocery shop 500 m, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 200 m, mountain railway 1 km.

"It was our second time at Nicolai's apartment and probably not last. Location is fantastic for skiers and for hikers. Nice and quiet neighborhood with skibus stop just in front of the house.
