About this apartment rental
New apartment in the old town, VERY SILENT, 2 minutes walk from the Plaza Mayor, the cathedral, the wine street and the main monuments of interest. NETFLIX. Perfect location, central, ELEVATOR, NETFLIX. In the historic center of Ourense (Casco Vello), in one of the most emblematic squares, to enjoy the city walking. Just 3 minutes walk to the Cathedral, 3 minutes from the wine area, tapas area and nightlife; but in a quiet and very quiet place to ensure rest. A 2 minute walk from the thermal pools of "As Burgas" and the Plaza Mayor, the only inclined Plaza Mayor, where the tourist train that takes us to all the free hot springs in the city (A Chavasqueira, O Muiño) da Veiga e Outariz, where you can also enjoy its paid spa). A few minutes walk from the main shopping streets. The cloister of San Francisco is about 10 minutes away. The University Hospital, CHUO, is just 10 minutes away on foot.
The area has two nearby supermarkets: Eroski and Hiper Froiz, as well as fruit shops, bakeries etc. There is also a large playground with swings and exotic animals.
To tour the city, THE CAR WILL NOT MISS YOU (everything is very close). The old town is pedestrian, but in the surroundings there are free parking areas, blue zone spaces (it works from Monday to Saturday morning) and we have a private parking space for 8 euros. In the surroundings there are very beautiful villages to know: Allariz, Ribadavia and the impressive Ribeira Sacra, etc. (We have abundant tourist information).

Alles top, gute und prompte Reaktion. Tips vor Ort, zentral gelegen und doch nicht laut.
Wohnung für uns drei ausreichend groß. Komplett ausgestattet, selbst eine Waschmaschine war vorhanden. Wohnung im ersten Stock. Aufzug war auch im Haus. Geschmackvolle moderne Möbel zum Wohlfühlen.
Zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt und insbesondere zu den Kneipen und Restaurants. Diese unbedingt am Abend erleben!
