Romina and Viktor are excellent hosts. We felt right at home from the very first minute. Even though we arrived late but Viktor was there to greet us, provided with a bunch or recommendations. The place is spacious, clean, comfy and well taken care of. Big pool, sun loungers, really a perfect place to relax for anyone who is not a fan of noisy touristic areas. Beach is just 4 minutes away (by car), bike rental just across the street, three nice local restaurants within two minutes of walking - all we needed, really.

We stayed one week but we would loved to stay longer! The house, the apartment, the pool, the pool area with the barbeque spot was amazing. We really enjoyed our relaxed stay. Not far from the beach and just walking distance to the small supermarket, local pizza restaurant. And at the beach you have some cozy beach restaurants. Really loved Peroj as a place to stay at during the stay at Istria. Realaxed atmosphere and not far away from Fazana and Pula. We can for sure recommend this place! We had our tennager girls with us and they loved it as well! The host Victor and Romina are the best and very service minded!

Very nice, spacious and cosy apartment. Nice and helpful hosts. There is absolutely all staff is needed for comfortable short and long term staying there. 4 persons max because of 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 new huge and very comfortable sofa in the living room. Nice big terrace with a big dining table. The location was good for us because of only few minutes walking distance from the apartment to the center of Peroj. Quite far from the beach - car is needed if you don't wish to walk 15-20 min (1 km) under the hot summer sun to the beach and back. But there is a lot of free parking places near the beach, so we didn't have any problems with parking. We will be happy to stay there again some day. Absolutely recommended!
There is no any light near the barbecue place what causes some problems in the evening.
