The home is nicely done. The kitchen was what we were interested in since we do a lot of cooking and it did not disappoint. The views from the house are amazing. The only issue is the hot water heaters in the baths. They go cold within 3 minutes and come back on 3-4 minutes later....that needs to be addressed asap. The elevator makes a strange noise every thirty minutes but I sleep with a noise maker so couldn't hear it but everyone else did. Other than those two issues, I would stay here again and again.

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay! The house was beautiful and being tight on the beach made it so easy for the grandkids!

The house was actually much better than we anticipated based on the photos. The house itself is fantastic and we would stay here again for sure. The house is directly on the beach (as close as you can get) and the view is spectacular. The house felt like a new build, although I suspect it was a nice remodel in the past couple of years.
We subtracted 1 star because there were some minor issues - that I believe the owner is trying to resolve. These are small issues that I wouldn't let detract from you renting this house.
The TV in the living room was awful (I know you don't come to the beach to watch TV). It had a blue hue, and the quality of the installation (wires, etc) didn't match the house. There were other furnishings that are time to replace (chair in living room, refrigerator, etc). Its clear they had a water leak in the upstairs bathrooms. They seem to have fixed the issue, but need to complete the re-painting of the ceiling so the repairs match the color of the paint. We were partially bummed the house didn't have a private pool but were excited to see there was a community pool just a 30 second walk from the house - but it wasn't working while we were there. It looked like they were having issues with the pump.
We come to Cape because the beaches are awesome with few people. This section of the beach was a little busy (this house is in a small subdivision). Busy for Cape being 30 people on this section of beach - still much better than a condo.
