The host is always very responsive and welcoming. The apartment is nice, comfortable, and clean. Bonus is a reserved private parking spot, but there are even some free public parking spots available around the building. The amenities in the apartment are just fine and adequate (dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, stove, refridgerator, a/c, washing machine). There are some free perks included upon the arrival, such as instant coffee pouches and a variety of liqueur.

Although nothing is really an issue, there are some things that could eventually be addressed by the host, such as: - The king bed takes most of the space in the master bedroom, leaving very little space to move around the room and fit your clothing in the wardrobe - The lamps on the night stands should rather have less powerful lights (now they are too bright for the night lamps) - It is risky to use glass cups in the bathroom (which are offered) for the risk of falling on the sink and breaking it. (The cups should rather be plastic for this reason.) - There could be some cup installed to hold the toothbrushes and pastes. - The batteries in the remote for the TV should be replaced. - The washing maching is fairly old and should be replaced by a newer one. - It would be helpful to leave short manuals for the usage of the dishwasher, washing maching, and eventually the TV set, to reduce guessing. - Lastly, the light in the building hallway turns off too quickly and it is inconvenient to walk up the stairs without having a chance to turn on the light again because of not having a switch anywhere close and not having sensor-based lights in the hallway. It is not just up to the apt. owner, but he could encourage the building manager to improve it.

Great accommodation that exceeded my expectations. I especially appreciated the modern amenities and cleanliness, which made me feel very comfortable. The owner's approach was seamless, helpful, and professional from the very beginning. Definitely recommended to anyone looking for a quality stay.
