Dimora Mare

Abbiamo appena finito di soggiornato a Dimora Mare e stiamo già pensando alla nostra prossima vacanza a San Teodoro ! 😍 La struttura è pulitissima e accogliente, oltre ad essere situata in posizione strategica sia per le spiagge (a 5 min c’è La Cinta) che per il centro la sera. Il proprietario, Sandro, è gentilissimo e pronto ad accogliervi con tutte le informazioni necessarie! Torneremo sicuramente.

La posizione della casa ottima...il centro raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi...vicino a tutti i servizi...pulizia e verde pubblico ottimi e ben curati...

Metterei le zanzariere nelle porte e nelle finestre

La propiedad es cómoda para 3 o 4 personas. Estaba limpia y ordenada. Tiene lavarropas y secador de pelo (lo cual es positivo para mí). Está bien ubicada.

El propietario me pidió que deje los platos lavados pero no había detergente, cosa que terminé comprando pero para una estadía de 4 noches hubiese estado bueno que lo ofrecieran (lo mismo con cosas básicas como aceite y sal).

Location is great, pretty close to city center, but away from all noise, if windows are closed, you won’t hear the road, though even with open one it didn’t disturb us

Honesty, the house doesn’t cost it’s price at all. Starting from non-existent WiFi, ok, it was mentioned in the listing, but it’s a surprise in 2025. The house lacked basic kitchen things- salt, pepper, oil, even a single kitchen towel! Everything is outdated, very bad quality, staring from kitchen utensils, to the mattress, it was the most awful and non comfortable. It lacked dish soap, even though the owner asked to wash dishes, it lacked garbage bags- the owner asked to sort waste, it lacked even basic shower gel and water - even though the water in San Teodoro isn’t drinkable, it was only one toilet paper for 1 week. I’m wondering, if host doesn’t provide with all of those basic things, the guests are buying then, and then host doesn’t leave what previous guests bought, he just takes everything to his own house, I don’t know.
