The staff were lovely. Anna and her team are very accommodating but they are stretched. The bar area acts as the reception and the restaurant. The outside facilities are lovely, with the play area and garden feeling like a home from home.
I think it’s a stretch to call this a resort. It’s Penzion Alzbeta, which is a guest house and that is accurate. The front area of the property and corridors are not great. It just all feels a bit untidy and chaotic. But the rooms are fine, albeit with no air con and there was no storage space and the bathroom didn’t have a towel rail. We had old bed frames outside on our balcony for example.

Kameralny pensjonat ze strefą spa w zacisznej okolicy z pięknym widokiem na góry. Idealny zarówno na weekendowy relaks jak i dłuższy wypoczynek. Dobra baza wypadowa w kierunku licznych atrakcji, no i wspaniała, uśmiechnięta Właścicielka :)
Nie znalazłem minusów...

המיקום והניקיון בחדרים
החדרים קטנים בטירוף. באחד מהם ללא ארון או שולחן. הובטח מתקן להכנת קפה ותה מה שלא היה.
