We felt like we were stepping into a Norwegian home. The cottage was more than adequately equipped, the utensils seemed very new and everything functioned properly. It was warm, cosy and clean and the hosts took trouble to make sure we had coffee, a range of teas, basic ingredients and even a couple of pizzas in the freezer.
The beds were comfortable and the linen was clean and fresh smelling, and in general stylishly designed.
The WiFi was super fast !
Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider going back.
Perhaps a little more expensive than what we are used to paying but then again one gets all the mod cons stated above.
It would have been nice to have greeted the hosts. Maybe it’s something which isn’t habitual in this part of Europe ?
We were happy to walk - city centre was about a 15 minute pleasant walk. It was January weather so that walk may not have been for everyone.
