Η τοποθεσία δεν έχει κάποια θέα αλλά εξυπηρετεί που βρίσκεται 250 μέτρα από την κεντρική πλατεία και έχει πάρκινγκ,σημαντικό καθώς η περιοχή υποφέρει τις ημέρες των εορτών. Η θερμοκρασία του δωματίου ρυθμίζεται από τον φιλοξενουμενο χωρίς περιορισμό. Επίσης έχει και τζάκι.

Στον καναπέ κρεβάτι το στρώμα να είναι πιο παχύ ώστε να υπάρχει η δυνατότητα να κοιμηθεί τουλάχιστον ένα μεγάλο παιδί
