O apartamento é simplesmente perfeito! Tudo muito limpo e organizado. Dona Mira nos recebeu super bem e tirou todas as dúvidas! Fica bem próximo ao centrinho, aproximadamente 700m.

A localização era boa, perto do parque da Muritiba. Porém, como está na parte mais alta da cidade, demanda um pouquinho de energia para subir e descer as ladeiras, se vc está a pé. Mas nada muito cansativo. Condomínio muito sossegado e agradável. Apto bem decorado, muito bem equipado, com todo o necessário. A Mira, que nos apanhou quando chegamos na estação, foi de uma gentileza ímpar e resolveu alguns probleminhas que tive, e nem mesmo se referiam à acomodação. Agradeço muito a ela.
Acho que gostei de tudo.
