This is a basic-level Hilton hotel, good for a one-night stay near the airport. Late/early checking at the 24-hour desk. Everything is good: the bed, the bathroom, and the room's cleanliness.

Great stay close to the business park and airport!

The staff member at the front desk was really great. Great service and tips on how to get things done in the area. The room was great too as I was able to cast my phone to the tv and had a home feeling that way. The food at the restaurant was great as well. I arrived late and the kitchen was open and the food tasted great. Mainly because I didn't expect this kind of food at a hotel.

"Convenient airport stay with modern comfort ☕️📺

Stayed for one night near Orly Airport between flights. You can easily get there by tram #7 — it takes around 15 minutes (ticket available in the Paris transport app). On the way back, I used the hotel shuttle bus — quick and convenient. I asked for a quiet room and got one 👍 However, the windows are sealed shut, so there’s no way to get fresh air. The room was fresh and modern, everything looked quite new. The Android TV is a nice touch — you can log into your YouTube account or even install apps 📺 There’s no coffee machine in the room, but in the lobby there’s a big self-service coffee machine available for free ☕️ — a nice bonus! There was some confusion with payment: Booking.com showed the room as prepaid, but the hotel still charged a deposit and later processed the payment directly 💳 Just something to be aware of. 🏃‍♂️ If you want a run or walk, there’s a small park and rural trails around 1 km away — great for a quick stretch or peaceful walk.

Superb hotel well maintained close to airport and easy city access

Excelled property location is great very close to the tram station which will take you to city via Metro or RER easy to figure that out. Located close to Orly airport and there is free Bus to and from the airport very close to the hotel.Area very nice and has decent restaurant's,cafe and supermarket nearby. Rooms are well maintained and so is whole property. Staff are good courteous.

I recent stayed twice at the Orly Hilton Garden and both times I was thoroughly impressed by the high level of professionalism and courtesy demonstrated by the reception staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm smile and efficient service that made me feel well-cared for throughout my stay. The hotel location is perfect: 5 minutes from the airport, but cozy and quiet with multiple options for dining nearby. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of hot options. The free shuttle service was easy to locate and use. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and pleasant stay near Orly Airport.

Shuttle bus not a good option for older guests. No help in boarding the bus with luggage, and he drove on before we were seated. It was crowded, with baggage in the aisle making it difficult to reach a seat.

Getting to the hotel by the shuttle was very difficult. One day we waited over 2 hours and talked with multiple people about where to catch the shuttle. We ended up paying 30 euros for a taxi one day from airport to hotel.

A RIP OFF

First of all, I was booked for two rooms for the same night for one couple, I did only book one room with king size bed no breakfast via booking.com but by some error (whose??????) I was also booked on hilton.com for a king size bed room with breakfast - I never even went on hilton.com!!!!!! I DID NOT order breakfast, I did not need breakfast as I was planning to have it at the business lounge while waiting for our flight. What the hell happened, booking.com?????

Definitely, the receptionists were most unhelpful. The guy at check in simply insisted that I did reserve two rooms (why the hell would I????) and I kept explaining that I never even visited hilton.com site, just ordered one room for a couple via booking.com. He said he fixed it, ok. The next morning at checkout anther receptionist asked me how we liked breakfast. What breakfast??? It turns out the night receptionist - without ever explaining what he did - cancelled my booking.com reservation and kept the one via hilton.com WHICH I NEVER MADE and that breakfast was included (nobody told me) but no worries the price was the same $123.00. He was rude and argumentative. When I got home I saw that my credit card was charged for $228.00 WHY???? Additionally, please consider that the shuttle to the airport runs only every 40 min in the morning, not even from the hotel front but you have to get to the main road; fortunately it is the first stop for the shuttle since later on it got filled beyond capacity; I have never seen anything like that, literally there was no room to fit one more person ot piece of luggage. No luggage racks - until the bus filled with people, the suitcases were rolling around. A shame, Hilton!!!
