Top ausgestattetes Apartment! Uns hat NICHTS gefehlt! Top Lage! Strand und Strandstraße gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Privatparkplatz ohne zusätzliche Kosten direkt am Haus! Fahrradgarage! Auf den ersten Blick etwas teurer als Vergleichbares hier im Portal, aber bei genauerem hinschauen kommen bei vielen anderen Objekten zusätzliche Kosten wie bspw. Parkplatz für knapp 20€ pro Tag hinzu. Faire Angelegenheit!

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist relativ zentral. In ein paar Gehminuten befindet man sich mitten im Zentrum von Zingst oder am Strand wo es diverse Kulinarische Angebote gibt. Auch Bäcker für ein leckeres Frühstück befinden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Der Parkplatz befindet sich gut gekennzeichnet an der Ferienwohnung. Der Blick von der Küche und dem Wohnzimmer geht in einer schönen Naturbelassenen privaten Grünanlage, wo man wie wir auch Glück haben kann das Rotwild von Zingst beim äsen jeden Morgen beobachten zu können. Diese Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, ob Geschirr oder Besteck für mehrere Personen, ein größeres Bad mit Fußbodenheizung oder Abstellraum. Internet welches sehr flink ist.

Der Kontakt zum Vermieter lief gut. Wir wurden zusätzlich mit Tipps für die Umgebung versorgt. Sehr gut ist die Fahrrad-Box mit Stromanschluss.
