Overall good, wonderful apartment.

Someone met us and gave us the keys at a pre-arranged time. The apartment is absolutely clean and extremely well decorated. It is about 20-25 mins walk to the part of town with most of the restaurants and hotels. The swimming pool is great.

We rather have the information on how we can access the apartment a week in advance, especially since it is not a staffed hotel and check-in timing is less flexible. There was no information on how keys would be given to us even 4 days before. That created a bit of concern for us as we have to organize our travel, and we could not be there during the normal check-in time. We sent multiple messages to owner/manager and through Booking.com, but the owner/manager took two days to reply. In the end, we were sent the message that one day before, we can contact someone to pick up keys and luckily one of us in the party could go to Davos earlier in the day to get the keys. Separately, we had to go to the tourist office ourselves to make City Tax payment and get the Premium Cards (for free local transport and other tourist discounts). We have been to many many holiday rental in Switzerland and every time the cards are arranged beforehand by the property manager and already in the apartment. And of course, the property manager always collected the City Tax directly (cash always). We contacted the owner and key person but apparently they do not do this. More minor point, there is no instruction book/brochures of any kind in the apartment.

Humiliating and degrading. We were not brought guest cards, although we were required to pay guest tax. The photos show that there is a kitchenette, but there is no such thing in the place. We were not allowed to cook in the apartment. We have been coming to Davos for 40 years, and this is the first time we have left with an unpleasant feeling. disgrace.

Schöne Wohnung. Vermieter leider nicht erreichbar, Gästekarte nicht zur Verfügung gestellt.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und die Lage sehr gut und zentral in Davos Dorf, direkt neben einer Bushaltestelle, nur ca. 100m von mehreren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt und nur wenige Hundert Meter von der Parsennbahn.

Der Verwalter war nicht vorab von den Eigentümern über die Vermietung informiert worden und sehr überrascht, als ich ihn nach Ankunft angerufen habe. Daher verlief die Schlüsselübergabe etwas holprig. Die Vermieter haben keine Gästekarte bereit gestellt, was zur Folge hatte, dass die Gästekarte erst am Montag im Tourismusbüro (das in der Nebensaison am Wochenende geschlossen ist) abgeholt werden und daher zwei Tage lang nicht genutzt werden konnte (die Gästekarte berechtigt z.B. zur kostenfreien Benutzung der Busse und Bahnen in Davos). Bezahlt werden musste sie natürlich trotzdem... Die Vermieter sind verantwortlich für die Meldung an das Tourismusbüro. Die Vermieter waren am Anreisetag weder telefonisch erreichbar noch haben sie auf eine Anfrage über booking reagiert (bis heute nicht).

Schöne charmante Wohnung, Preis-Leistung Ansichtssache

Gute Lage, geschmackvolle Ausstattung mit neuwertigem Standard.

Die Küchenausstattung ist eher minimal, es hat an einigen Utensilien gefehlt. Man fand einige Haare in der Wohnung verteilt, Föhn muss selbst mirgebracht werden.

Sehr sauber, modern, schön geschnitten und hell! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Auch toll, dass es einen angeschlossenen Sauna und Poolbereich gibt.

küchenaustattung (Basics) - z.B. Salatschüssel, Salatsieb etc haben gefehlt.

Es wäre toll, wenn die Gästekarte beim einchecken übergeben wird und man nicht extra zum Tourismusbüro gehen muss.
