Greet each morning with spectacular views of Mt. Kineo at this comfortable studio condo located just off the scenic shores of Moosehead Lake! Quiet, cozy, and ideally positioned, this condo features lovely lake vistas, shared use of a dock on the property, and a flatscreen TV to help you unwind from your daily excursions no matter the time of year. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, Airfryer, toaster oven, and coffee maker.
This studio is wonderfully located less than a mile from central Rockwood, which has a restaurant, a marina, and equipment rentals. Mt. Kineo State Park and the nine-hole Kineo Golf Course are just across the water, and are easily accessible when you launch your watercraft from the community dock. In the summer, you'll have a front-row seat to hiking, cycling, fishing, and boating; come winter, this area is fantastic for snowmobiling on the surrounding trails and skiing at Big Squaw Mountain 16 miles south.

This vacation rental is not equipped with internet.There are three boat slips available on a first-come, first-serve basis; the dock can be busy in the peak of summer.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Dock details: The common dock can be accessed by crossing route 15 and walking down the dirt road of Rockwood Cottages to the water. Moosehead Condo Association and guests have access to 3 boat slips. Please note spaces are on a first come first serve basis and can be busy in peak summer weeks. The public boat launch is 1 mile south in Rockwood Village.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Great little place with a great view of Moosehead Lake and Mt Kineo! Super clean and just right for my husband and me for three nights. Good spot for going out and exploring (drove Golden Road and scenic byway near Mt Katahdin, hiked Mt Kineo, watched moose near Greenville). Ate dinner at nearby Rockwood Bar & Grill. Excellent!

The location was great. It had bedding even though it said it didn’t which was nice. Carpet and futon were stained which was gross. Air conditioner also did not work.
