About this apartment rental
Interior designer's personal studio in an elevator building on UES. Thoughtful touches abound with decor meant to uplift and inspire. Every effort has been made to ensure a BPA, PFOS, PFAS, sulfate, paraban, and allergy free environment.
New bathroom featuring neutral serene tiles, rain shower with window, built in cubbies for towels and personal affects, as well as pull out Vanity drawers. Storage bins below sink and stool for wee ones.
Kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals: Dish service for 4, ceramic non stick surfaced pots and pans, chef worthy cutlery, cutting boards, Nutri-Bullet Pro for crushing ice and preparing smoothies or soups, Keurig, toaster, mixing bowl utensils, Corningware dishes and baking sheet.
Italian Murphy bed with attached chaise features Sferra luxury linens and allergy friendly down alternative pillows. Wardrobe with shelving as well as a hall closet for coats, storing luggage and long garments.
Convertible twin bed / chair
Dining table for 2-3 people. Side table can be used as additional seating or as a table.
Studio can accommodate up to 3 adults and a small child. Windows face west with privacy. No curtains needed!
Conveniently located near the 6 Train and the new Q. (7 minute walk) and only 5 blocks from Central Park.
A laundromat/dry cleaner is a mere 200 steps away. Pharmacy downstairs and restaurants and shopping options abound.

Location is ideal for easy access to all areas of Manhattan. Neighborhood has several grocery stores, coffee shop and other shops to meet daily need. Great having friendly pharmacy next door. Quick response from owner very helpful.

This studio was the perfect place to stay for my summer internship. The studio has all the amenities, clean and new bathroom with beautiful shower, top of the line kitchen cabinets and appliances and super comfortable murphy bed! The studio is in a great location and there’s great neighbors in the building. Close to subway, bus, great restaurants, grocery stores! The host is super nice and very accessible and helpful and left us a binder w lots of super useful information about the studio and the area’s business and restaurants. I stayed here about 2 months total. I’ll definitely check and see if it’s available for future trips again! I loved my stay here! AB

This studio is located in one of the best neighborhoods in the city. The place was super clean on arrival and it has the best appliances in the kitchen. The murphy bed is super comfortable and easy to put back into the wall.The bathroom is super nice and very practical.Very easy walk to city buses and to the subway line. The building is quiet. There’s a great variety of restaurants and eateries nearby. I will definitely be willing to stay here again!
